Il progetto nasce con l’obbiettivo di promuove l’inclusione sociale e lavorativa delle persone con disabilità cognitive o fisiche all’interno del mondo del MotorSport e specificatamente in quello del Rally. Con questo progetto, vogliamo dar la possibilità di essere parte integrante di un Team dedicato alla gestione e cura di una scuderia di motorsport, creando le condizioni necessarie ed una base d’inclusione in ambito sportivo, lavorativo ed educativo. Al giorno d’oggi l’inclusione sociale è uno dei tanti punti fondamentali promossi dall’ Unione Europea e da molti altri stati nel mondo. Siamo fermamente convinti che anche la realtà del motorsport può accogliere ed abbattere le barriere che dividono la disabilità da esso, riuscendo a creare una condizione di inclusività attraverso un progetto esclusivo e dedicato. L’ idea definitiva è quella di creare la Scuderia CFP Racing, legalmente riconosciuta con i propri ruoli e le proprie mansioni inerenti al lavoro richiesto per il corretto svolgimento della vita della realtà stessa. Il progetto verrà messo a disposizione del pubblico con disabilità e divulgato dalla “Chi si Ferma è Perduto ODV – ETS“, “flyLILLO ETS“, che condivideranno il progetto invitando alla partecipazione le realtà partner nazionali ed internazionali a loro connesse. Dopo un’approfondita ricerca, possiamo affermare che al giorno d’oggi non esiste nel mondo del Motorsport Italiano ed oltre, un progetto come il presente, al di là delle bellissime iniziative che collegano attualmente disabilità e sport automobilistico.

The project was created with the aim of promoting the social and working inclusion of people with cognitive or physical disabilities within the world of MotorSport and specifically in that of Rallying. With this project, we want to give the opportunity to be an integral part of a team dedicated to the management and care of a motorsport team, creating the necessary conditions and a basis for inclusion in the sporting, working and educational fields. Nowadays social inclusion is one of the many fundamental points promoted by the European Union and many other states in the world. We are firmly convinced that even the reality of motorsport can welcome and break down the barriers that divide disability from it, managing to create a condition of inclusiveness through an exclusive and dedicated project. The definitive idea is to create the Scuderia CFP Racing, legally recognized with its own roles and tasks inherent to the work required for the correct conduct of the life of the reality itself. The project will be made available to the public with disabilities and disseminated by the “Chi si Ferma è Perduto ODV – ETS”, “flyLILLO ETS”, who will share the project by inviting national and international partner organizations to participate international organizations connected to them. After in-depth research, we can affirm that nowadays there is no project like the present one in the world of Italian Motorsport and beyond, beyond the wonderful initiatives that currently connect disability and motor sport.

THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CFP RACING TEAM ARE THE FOLLOWING:

• Theoretical and information evenings
• Themed practical courses
• Assistance in the bureaucratic and administrative process of obtaining the ACI H license
• Assistance in the administrative process way for the registration of the team’s crew in competitions
• Provision of people in assistance in official and unofficial competitions
• Organization of Rally-themed events and tests
• Organization of travel and accommodation of members of the team in the various events
• Organization of dinners and events for information and awarness purposes
• Managing sponsors and partners of the stable and its activities.
